I am disabled. I want to move somewhere's warmer than Michigan and more affordable.

What is a teak house? I cannot afford the newer houses, on lots. I want maybe an acre and a new little house or a cottage size house, with air conditioning & heat is I have to have it. Can you help me?

I live near La Basilica de Nuestra Señora de los Angeles and it's a pretty beautiful place =D
