I am trying to build a D16Z6 but I keep having to tear it down to figure out the clearance issues since I installed eagle rods......I have tore it down 4 times already and it still doesn't spin freely.

Why not go with a full size radiator ? unless you didnt have room because of the ram horn header

@DCDoobie420 ive got the same radiator on my d16z6 95 ex and it does the job well. fan hardly ever comes on in 70 degree weather

@DCDoobie420 From what I've read those mishimoto half radiators work way better than the stock full size ones. Plus I would be worried about a full sized one sitting to close to the hot ass turbo since nothing is wrapped and there is no turbo blanket.

As ive watched this video again i realized that the turbo was taking up space in the area where a full sized rad. would fit. I've not had any personal experience with turbos axcept from minor tinkering on my friends Teg, which was changing some piping. I'm more of an N/A kind of guy, i dont see the need for boost in a Daily.

nice bro I got a built sohc turbo del sol too putting out around the same numbers but I'm on low boost looking to up it a little more soon I got some of the parts I needed so I wanna see if that will let me run more boost

I'm building the D16Z6 I swapped into my 87' CRX at the moment.

The plan is 14PSI on a Garrett GT25 with Wiseco pistons, Eagle H-beam rods and .. well there's more. Looking for 280WHP

This video is giving me all kinds of ideas.

@Genamel18 because the engine is starting up for the first time. plus it sounds like there is no exhaust hooked up after the header. so what you hear is non muffled and sounds like crap.
