No, it is NOT condidered open and safe at that point. It is only proven safe after you have checked the chamber, the feedpath, AND the barrel for obstructions. Man, I just cringe when I see some of you "experts" teaching firearm safety to others. Learn first, THEN teach. That's how it's usually done anyway.
how do you make it so the firing pin wont go off if you pull the trigger with the safety off? like say you pump it and it would be ready to fire, how would you make its not and ud have to pump it again?
my brother has that same shotgun, it's a charles daly.

At 0:8 you say it has a "Slide Stop" It does not. What you call a Slide Stop is actually an "ACTION RELEASE".
