Vic Leon's history always seemed kinda weak to me. He's Ginrai's Transtector, now with a life of its own, only rebuilt into a new form with no memory. Why not just make him a new character? Ah well.

In the Japanese Transformers Victory manga he was a completely separate character with no relation to ginrai.
