No, he is in a constant state of slow- he comes off as mentally inept, and the black comedy undertones do nothing to help this assumption. Plain and simple fact- Kimbo is reading forced lines, it isn't his true character and he doesn't have acting skill. I know it was others coming to him with this sort of thing, but he should know better than to embarrass himself.
