I love to sit in the darkness of my room and zone out to this song. It never fails to evoke deep emotion's that paint themselves across the inside of eyelids.
One way I judge on how good a band is is how easily I can lose myself in their music.
Using that method, this band is one of the greatest I've ever heard. In those 10 minutes I managed to journey through my mind in what felt like infinity.
is this just me?this song reminds me of my high school days (just finished) and the existential ennui that it brought. the loud part is the debauchery that we all went through in school.the quiet part after might be the most reflective, somber and beautiful music ever made. to me i always feel very retrospective after hearing this song: i contemplate the meaning of life, regret my actions, look back on who i left behind, and realize my own mortality: ............come on die young...........

Lol, looks like both of us got here from a very shitty band we used to like.
dano555666 2 years ago
Lol, yup.
Don't listen to them at all now.
Only the acoustic stuff though.
"Vermilion, Pt. 2" is what I'm talking about.
Best acoustic they got.

this song is so awesome, its like poppy almost but they made it completely turn around near the end because it's about a crazy guy who rapes a nurse.

this is one truly inspirational song. Just close your eyes and try and give your own meaning to the songs movement. I experienced a revelation!
