I went to my 20 year high school reunion, not one bully in the entire school bothered to show up. That is, the ones who even graduated. I emailed the ones I could find through classmates, but not response. I didn't even get an F you for old times sake.

But like you, I was also one who stood back and did nothing when someone else was bullied. I regret that now. I wish schools would give classes on bullying, using people from the past who were bullies and also the victims of bullies. I think it would help to have people from both those sides to talk to kids today. I don't think school administrators realize what an important issue bullying is. But when kids have killed themselves over being bullied, it looks like that would open some eyes.
