In 2004 I was handing out flyers at the polls and saw them arresting 3 Latinos and at least 5 African-Americans as they went in or left the polls. Don't know who - badges too far away to see. And this was on a two-hour volunteer tour I did for the Maryland Democrat campaign.

It is when they're lookin at voter fraud, or when they convince some county clerk that it's a good way to catch voters that have a warrant out for them.

Favorite way is to be lookin for "deadbeat dads" who vote, since the County is payin for there kids. They'll "cooperate" real good for catchin deadbeat dads that owe back child support, or have warrants.
