The reason his left wrist is bowed is because he is as some people would call it "cocking" it right from the start of the swing. If you have never heard of that then check out Joe Dante's 4 magic moves in golf and you will learn why Dustin is one of the best golfers in the world.. It's so simple, it works!
When you talk about mechanics with this type of swing you have just eliminated more than 90% of the chance that you could ever slice!! What a deal!
man bowed left wrist or not, hits a 7I 200 yards, not to mention up there with driving accuracy. one of my favorited golfers. now, if only he could finish a damn tournament lol
@ollycopter it really does look like it, doesn't it? but there doesn't appear to be any disturbed sand. that would be a tough call but at first glance, it looks pretty obvious.
@ollycopter Actually, nevermind, it was a bunker on the course, but it was during a practice round so he just dropped a couple of balls in the bunker to hit out of
@ollycopter Haha yeah. What was interesting though is that watching a lot of the tour pros, a fair amount did ground their clubs in the bunker when practicing. I don't know why, maybe just to get an idea of how the sand was or something.
His right arm gets infront of his belly button which adds 30 yards

To get a really accurate video of the golf swing, the golfer should strip down to his jockey. Just a suggestion.

@GrecoPrawDG Yeah maybe the habit of doing that is why he messed up at the USPGA lol
