  • бля, да заебали вы, Грег Мур никогда не выступал в Ф1, аффтар мудак, скока можно?

  • dont think anyone would walk away from that !!!

  • medium crash not fatal crash actually i have seen this most of the times it not kill anyone i think he is a special guy of dead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • A bit disturbing that they let this race continue, considering the result. I'm glad the Dan Wheldon crash was handled properly, but then again there was debris all over the track so they couldn't really continue. Dario Franchitti looked devastated yesterday doing the tributary laps. Interestingly, he was also racing in the Moore crash too. They know the risks, but it's still very sad when something like this happens, obviously.

  • it wasn.t f1 it was indy car

  • twisted metal

  • lol,indy car...

  • I don't think it matter what wall he hit, he dead.

  • Great Canadian...RIP Greg

  • someone's gonna need a bandaid

  • that aint f1 idiot o:)

  • I would rather die like this than being hit by a car on the street, or while being mugged or from ebola.

  • WTF?? Concrete walls?? no gravel traps or even tyre walls??...no wonder this poor driver lost his life.

  • @WarmFanta Just some laps before another car driven by Richie Hearn spun there in the grass and hit the wall too. Hearn walked away uninjured, but the grass runoff was left damaged. When Moore spun, the damages on the grass allowed his car to dig the ground and go airborne...shit happens :/

  • @ursuss100

    Oh, i understand now.

  • its indy u retard

  • Where were the tire barriers??? That was just solid wall

  • @Drivr27 ralf schumacher hit a solid wall a few years back, Kubica hit a solid wall in canada a few years back, there should be no concrete wall that a high speed race car should hit, only tyre walls and gravel traps to slow them.

  • @elahive1 Tirewalls can be worse than a plain concrete wall if the car spears through with its nose...just look at Michael Schumacher's crash at Silverstone or Olivier Panis' wreck at Montreal..the nose penetrated the tyrewall causing leg fractures... and now ovals have SAFER barriers which look like plain concrete walls but give the same cushioning as a tirewall.

  • @ursuss100 Leg Fracture is a small price to pay in stead of a life.

  • @Spectual1

exactly what im saying, how is this guy trying to say that slamming nose first into a tryewall at 185mph and breaking your leg is worst then slamming nose first into a concrete wall at 150mph and dying?...I completely agree with your comment.

  • Comment removed

  • @ursuss100

Tyrewalls aren't worst, you used Schumacher and Panis' crashes as examples and they came out with some broken bones, this guy flew into a concrete wall and died. So from those examples are you really still going to say that Tyrewalls can be worst?

Put it this way, if Greg Moore was to have the same accident, but instead there was a Tyrewall, would he of survived? Yes, he would of. If Schumacher and Panis were to have their same accidents into concrete walls they'd of died.

  • Hands up if you understand what FATAL means, without (DEAD) in brackets

  • @jimdreferee hands up

  • @FriendlyCroock 1. do you really need sound? 2. Man period? Calling someone a "fucking cunt" for not putting sound on a video that might not have sound because it looks old, and it's a video you don't really need sound for anyway.

    go take a running jump.

  • @FriendlyCroock shut up idiot

  • no chance

  • Where is this circuit ? seriously... u're doing a circuit of formula 1 and theres a bomb in the middle of the grass ? - -

    R.I.P Greg

  • @Sportingrida It is California Speedway (now named Auto Club Speedway). The track is located in Fontana, California, and is known to be the place where Gil de Ferran made the fastest average speed ever registered for a closed track lap (386 km/h average speed).

  • He was going to drive for the Penske in the next year, RIP.

  • NO es FORMULA 1, es una carrera de la Indy Car !!!

  • @marianito1272 Its not IRL, its CART *facepalms*

  • what the fuck?

  • Well getting hit on his scooter was gods way of saying you better not race tomorrow. Well he raced anyway and god was like ok thats how you want to play it then here you go.

  • @Salsuscanis yeh, gods an evil prick.

  • there shoulld be tractor tyres along that suicdal concrete wall

  • CHANGE the title of this video. It isn't F1.

  • r.i.p man

  • 0.001 % esélye sem volt.... :( R.I.P.

  • Not f1 wack man This is Indycar series crash

  • @Ollihah No, it's CART not IndyCar

  • It feels weird liking this video :/

  • Greg Moore was driving and Indy-car when he crashed not a Formula 1 car as described in the title.

  • @DKWegley fuck off douche

  • rip greg moore. I was there. always a shame when you have to see someone lose their life in a race car. You are remembered buddy. :(

  • @DKWegley i think you're thinking of nascar, and a lot of these drivers aren't from America.

  • Oh, i guess he was no longer in car

  • OMG

  • Its Indicar not f1., little midget sucker.

    Damn dude you suck! *FACEPALM*

  • @xBatboys4 It was actually the now defunct champcar series

  • i he had to choose, he would choose to die like this!!!

    Rest in peace...

  • @psylover1991 Who the hell would choose to die like this? How fucking stupid are you.

  • @no1doesitlikeme im a racer, thats what i would choose. Dont insult if you dont understand what proud death means

  • @psylover1991 If I'm understanding this correctly, a proud death = slamming head first into a concrete wall whilst flying through the air at 100mph? I'm not sure you completely understand the implications of your first comment.

  • @no1doesitlikeme if you dont love racing you wouldn't understand

  • @honda50012 Don't be so ignorant. That's a hollywood line. Real people would NEVER choose to die in such a horrific way, racing driver or not.

  • @psylover1991 Are you sure ?

  • @DKWegley ur a fucking retard. karma will get u , u fucking nerd pussy

  • @DKWegley bra, ur a dum little fuck. i hope carma gets u motherfuckering wanabe little nerd pussy

  • This was the CART FedEx Series, not F1. Just saying....might want to change the title. Hopefully Greg didn't actually feel any pain on impact and it was a very fast passing. R.I.P.

  • rip greg moore. that was an indy car race not f2

  • ohhhhhh shit, RIP

  • fucking americans, why put a wall outside the track? you stupid american ingeneers you are the fault of greeg moore death.

  • @donniemrmito what do you think would have happened if there wasnt a wall there.

and learn to spell engineer if your gonna call somebody stupid

  • I saw this live and thought instantly dead man.

  • R.I.P. you hick :)

  • Man, this is is by far the most violent crash I have ever seen. especially the fact that he impacted the wall "upside down" causing all those probably hundreds of negative G's.

  • he gave his life to bring you motorsporting entertainment and you argue about pointless details? have some goddam heart!

  • I hope for his sake that it was instant :(

  • Why are there no fucking tyre barriers??? :O

  • car got powned in half

  • Rest in peace.

  • so sad!!! i can't believe that would happen

  • Most people involved in fatal accidents die.

    Duh.

  • People, can you please read a few of the comments before you post one! Yes, we realize this is not F-1, but do 300 different people really need to keep posting the same thing? We got it!

  • omG :(

  • OMG :(

  • lol

  • Yes, this is not F1 - we can all agree ... I am a fan of all motorsports and must say that F1 is the safest racing series to this day -- last fatality was in '94 (Senna RIP) I recall an interview where 7 time WDC Michael Schumacher was asked about doing the Indy 500 - he stated it is interesting but would decline, in his view it was too dangerous ... that speak volumes

  • I like the way the word Dead is in brackets, as if people didn't know what the word Fatal meant.

  • One; this is IRL, Two; they race on Oval tracks where no braking is involved, Three; it's IRL for christ's sake. Running 200+ mph running inches from eachothers wheels? theres almost one horrible crash per year in IRL. Indy last year? Texas 2-3 yrs ago? Eurospeedway in early 2000's where the dude had to get BOTH his legs amputated? mind you they all survived, but COMON. Agree with Lsores tho, F1 is MUCH safer than it was 20 yrs ago

  • @mopar4t4 Hey smart guy. Not IRL. Thanks for playing though. This was CART. You also reference Alex Zanardi's 2001 accident at Eurospeedway. That was also CART. There's a big difference between CART and IRL.

  • @lightbulbsun43 excuse me what's CART now....IRL so stfu. Both these incidents were on Oval tracks, and thats essentially what IRL is. Formula One type cars on oval track goin 200+mph inches from one another. Granted its good racing but how many people have died/seriously injured?

  • @mopar4t4 1)IRL changed it's name to Indycar. 2)CART cars and Indycars were TOTALLY different. Indycar may have bought CART, but they don't race those same cars. Not even close. CART was great. Indycar is laughable in comparison. 3)The majority of Indycar races this season are held on road/street courses. This wasn't the case when CART/IRL were rival leagues. 3a)The year this happened,CART ran more road/street course than ovals. 4) Also, this was only 5 years removed from Senna's fatal F1 crash.

  • why does this havfe so many likes? terrible when a driver dies.

  • formula 1 should be banned for this very reason. they are to fast. They are tombs on wheels. Also, what happened? Did someone hit him off track?

  • fuck the formula 1, too many people have died racing on those ultra fast tombs

  • IN YOUR FACE No ONTOP OFF YOUR HEAD INTO THE WALL

wow that was an pretty hard comment sorry

  • I remember the day this happened. He was from maple ridge. really great person. RIP. way too young.

  • The rally accident in Andorra was not even close to a death... the guy was possibly going to be amputated to the arm (possibly). In F1 there is not only Greg Moore who died, there's also: Gilles Villeneuve. One of the greatest pilot of all. He died EJECTED of his non-secure seat and died on the hit by hitting a metal pole (on his head). If you watch on youtube, you can find a lot of Fatal F1 accident... But when it comes to any other racing sports, there is maybe 1 or 2 fatal accidents.

  • @Antropic1 I´m a racing sport enthusiastic and believe me, nowadays most secure R.Sport is F1, no tragedies since Ratzenberger and Senna 17 years ago, cant say the same about WRC,CART, Indy or Nascar perhaps DTM is equally safe, take a look at Kubica Accident at Canada, Massa at Hungary , Heidfeld-Sato at Austria, M.Scumacher at England , R. Schumacher at Indianapolis ,they all came out without serious injuries in fact they are all still racing.

And Kubica he is out of danger and recovering fine

  • @Lsores I can't speak for others but I know NASCAR just as secure as F1. Ever since #3 died back in 2001 they revamped the safety protocol and also started requiring the drivers to wear HANS devices.

  • @Lsores I wouldn't say they all came out without serious injuries. Massa missed the rest of the season with head injuries and Schumacher missed the rest of the season with a broken leg. I could also throw in the Panis crash in Montreal and the Hakkinen crash in Australia.

  • So sad - I still miss Greg Moore

  • F1 is the dumbest ''sport'' ever... It's like playing with an antipersonnel mine. There are nothing safe in F1.. you crash: you got 80% of dying... dude you're in a cockpit that's 1/4 of the car... and dam, they decided to give fresh air to the conductor cause there is no seal on top of that, your head is exposed!

Rally, Closed-Circuit (BMW, Audi...) racing is much more secure. With the rolling cages, eject buttons, foam inject (extinguish fire), Dogbox (no need to press clutch to change speed)

  • @Antropic1 sorry m8 but you´re wrong , for instance the Greg Moore cras was at CART not F1, no one has died in F1 since the tragic weekend of may at imola and that was 1994, Rally is secure? mmm have you seen Kubica accident at Andorra?

  • No technology could've prevented that

  • @APontiacof455cubes not having grass in the infield would've prevented that.

  • @APontiacof455cubes

    Teleportation

  • to nie jest F1

  • it still shocks me to this day please get it off

  • @newromantic888 No one made you watch it...but I do agree very shocking

  • @newromantic888 how about you just don't watch it if it bothers you so much?

  • god i remember watching this as a teenager all these years later its still shocking

  • Este video no es de F-1, es de la serie Cart en U.S.A

  • Not only did Moore die, but that guy standing in front of the tow truck went code brown in his drawers!

  • Dipshits

  • @alex03500 its aint f1 cause its no f1 cars

  • cannot be appreciated unless it is live, you have no idea how crazy this shit is and how much balls these guys have.

    R.I.P

  • btw it was NASCAR not Formula 1

  • a half car

  • that is perhaps the most devastating crash i've seen.

  • @timickan In that case I guess you havent seen Gordon Smileys crash.

  • Comment removed

  • Horriffic and sad.

    Why cant ppl show respect???

  • Oh. My. Goodness.

    R.I.P. Greg Moore

  • Capitals & proper punctuation, please.

  • Chill out, kidlets.

    Just checking your reactions.

  • @Severynce yes and you english, fuckin idiot

  • @Severynce Thanks to natural selection, you will be as well soon.

    Trash.

  • @Severynce it's not funny at all.greg moore is a son of somebody.he got a family.show some respect

  • oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

  • why would you hit the like button on this, seriously i hope you 279 fucking pricks get hit by a car.

  • @Hondas337 You're an idiot.

  • a few piles of hay bales could have really helped there :(

  • i wonder in how many pieces did he go

  • Yeah I guess 160 mph into a cement wall ought to do it...

  • the man is dead, who gives a shit if is it or not F1, fucking people

  • @slash350h

    how did you get here?

  • @danztor oh, I'm sorry... I thought that this is the section where you get to see naked ladies ... my bad

  • @slash350h Too soon for some, apparently.

  • @slash350h i give f-ing ignorant

  • @slash350h I think Greg Moore would have given a shit. At this period in time, there was a lot of pride associated with CART and it's drivers. I think getting it confused with F1 (or, oh dear god, IRL like someone else did) is disrespectful. The guy paid the ultimate price doing something he loved, have the respect to properly identify what it was exactly he loved.

  • @slash350h people who dont really give a crap what happens in indy

  • @slash350h well i don't think they say it to diminish the guy or his death, but it IS not f1, it's a matter of being precise

  • Just %^&*ing horrible

  • :O

  • @balerinauzicka BALERINOUZICKA,ovdje plesisnjim...vidio sam tvoju fotku----JAOJAOJAO!!!! DAJ MI SE JAVIIIII !!!! plesisnjim@gmail.com

    pliz,javi se....

    POWER FOR NO ONE !!!

  • Very strange to hit the LIKE button on this viedeo

  • @Hanjin13 mmmmm, it looks like no one listened u.... 288 likes 94 no likes -.-

  • @Hanjin13 great way to copy the highest rated comment from "jim clarks fatal accident"

  • @Hanjin13 Very strange to question that........

  • @Hanjin13 yes you are right ....

  • @Hanjin13, only hypocrites and Fast Posters (those who post faster than they can think) amalgam "like the video" with "like what the video shows". The other ones (who make few posts but are numerous) do think, suffer with the victim, and want reports as accurate as possible. The only lack of this video IMO is that it starts too late and fails to show how the accident was caused (which would be very useful to prevent next accidents)

    Thu 21 Apr 2011 10:47 GMT

  • this is nascar!!

  • damn ..that was insane !!

    RiP

  • god bless

  • Yet another non-F1 crash/video labelled as F1. The cars, the track, the driver's names... all good hints that it's anything but F1.

You might as well have labelled it 'Chicken Punches Goat'.

  • Comment removed

  • =(

  • F1じゃねー

  • Greg Moore Nunca estuvo en la F1

  • THIS IS NOT F1

  • @chadytm Are you fuckin serious? you just watched a man pretty much die and all you can say is this isnt F1? fuck you.

  • @bradlyw420 I get what your saying. But, I think the point is all the person who posted this is interested in is getting a bunch of hits on the video. He cared so little about this mans life, that he didn't even care to figure out what racing series he belonged to.

  • he was'nt dead if you watched the live video (he just broke alot of bones)

  • Gregg was a favorite racer of mine, and regardless its sad to lose someone in this dangerous sport. I love it and love to watch it but hate to see this. RIP

  • /watch?v=NtbXsoGubYg

  • Fucking hell i am not surprised that he is dead the poor sod.

I feel sorry for him, i bet he never thought thats the way to go

  • this is cart, not f1

  • Comment removed

  • @GordonSmileysCorpse What's that meant to mean?

  • @GordonSmileysCorpse holy fuck dude, get a shrink :s

  • The amazing will and strength of Greg Moore to survive after such a brutal crash. RIP

  • RIP Greg Moore and Unlucky

  • I just found the fastest way to wreck a car.

  • buddy, it's not F1

  • It´s not F1. It is Champ Car.

  • Holy... Didnt see a accident like that on F1

  • ......wo

  • That something like this never will happen again..

    RIP

  • You can see explosions from the 9000rpm's motor smashing to a stop.

  • @thiagov6123

    try about 11,000

  • fix your title...CART not F1....no self respecting F1 fan would mistake the CART/IRL for an F1 race
