  • @Void13579 Thanks! In my channel, maybe you can find some clue to have a better posture (the video on the back pain...).

    Take care

  • Da Napolii!! Daje ci, io so de Roma e faccio precisamente la stessa cosa. Semplice, concisa, veloce.

Keep up the good work mate!

  • @RespectWong Ti ringrazio, compare! Respect!!

  • @TheIncognito62 Haha, oke dude nothing wrong with saying that! ;)

  • song please?

  • @slikapika ICEBOX.

  • Cut your mullet

  • Man,you are certainly well done, but it is better to do pull-ups and push-ups better, not just raising your chin or not push deeply...Thanks for video anyway)

  • @werafont You're welcome with this constructive comment. Thank you.

  • Good effort mate, how long did it take you to build up to that???

  • @panantukan12 Training for six months will give you a good shape (I come form swimming at competition level since I was 5 y.o.). Thanks for your comment.

  • chuvak ti ruski?

  • @TheIncognito62 I thank you.

  • @9mm1970 Right said, buddy!

  • WOW! amazing BASS !!!

  • that's a ghetto ass pull up bar

  • Antokindness, how do you feel about walking as an exercise, once again great videos, thank you again.

  • @mrgoaliedean If just walking would do good, any mailmen would be immortals :) Do weight training (with bodyweight or dumbbells and barbells) and you will be in shape, pal!

  • forgot to close your pants?! ;)

  • @8line8 No, made on purpose for the sake of being comfortable.

  • @antokindness we are not complaining...

  • @hugmeister4744 About what, sir?

  • your pushups are terrible, go down son

  • @N28Freestyle Thanks for the advice which I took for my next videos. Take care.

  • these ain't push ups! u have not done a single correct push up, you sould almost touch the ground with our chest like 1cm away...

  • @antokidness Whats the name of this great song???

  • @SportyRz ICEBOX.

  • name of the song???

  • These are the most fastest and simple workouts to do but they are challenging as hell and they make your muscles bigger. Keep up the good work!

  • @XXXCompAssesXXX Thank you very much!

  • do a muscle up bitch

  • @chevy1978420 Just a single one?

  • wasn das? 12 dinger und halbe liegestütz :D hm etwas billig sowas gleich zu veröffentlichen

  • Great workout!

  • @hardnphirm87 Thanks, buddy, take care.

  • antokindness

Do you have any advice on pullup variations, in regards to equipment? I see you are using what looks like a part of the building. Any suggestions of other options that can be found around the house?

    Thanks in advance.

  • @unccmf44 You can make use of stairs or a balcony or you can buy a pull-up bar for your doors. Regards.

  • get lower on those pushups bra

  • do you use creatine or proteine for a body and a resistence like that?

  • @paynehunter Sure, they really work.

  • whats the name of the song?

  • @FastRunner1994 ICEBOX

  • Hi, just wondered how long this workout takes ? ;D

  • @123daleyb It lasts as long as one can last. So this workout can become longer with time...

  • nice, just get better workout music!

  • your fly is down jk keep it up kidding again.

  • Whats with all the leafs

  • @alp4a It's a spot of my hometown house where no one lives in winter time and so it looks abandoned.

  • Is this all you do? Pull-up and push up variation? No gym?

  • @Deadngone51o This video is two years old. A gym can offer very much to improve on our body, unless you let it destroy your joints and tendons. I do both.

  • go all the way down on the push ups but this is good. very good

  • looks good, keep it up !

  • @capslock1993 Thanks , I'm doing it.

  • looks good, keep it up !

  • this wouldn't be a bad video if it wasn't for the fact that ur pants are unbuttoned for no apparent reason and you have R&B on ..like this is supposed to be a sexy music video to someone or something...

  • congratulation antokindess

  • @karakaksa22 Thank you, karakaksa22.

  • IS THAT A WOMAN!!!?? WTF!!!

  • how tall are you 5'3'

  • @12234d I'm about 5.11.

  • What's your diet like?

  • @dwil2002 Like this: I avoid sources of refined carbos, except in the immediacy after a workout. I eat cottage chees, chicken, meckerel, fruits and vegs, fish oil (8g a day), various antioxidants, eating 5 times a day., an average of 2.100 Kcal.

  • Awesome form my good man.

I'm only starting, but hopefully i will gain some muscle with this. Need to eat more i think as my metablism is very fast and im quite skinny for 21.

    Excellent Video.

  • @Cobbe354 Very fair of you, man.

And dont' forget to sleep well too (7-8 hours a night).

    Wish you good.

  • You have a good upper body, but what about your abs, and your legs? Arms, and chest isn't Everything.

  • @DarkNatasX Check my channel, if you don't bore.

    Take care.

  • @DarkNatasX Pull ups and Pushups do work your abs.

  • @lwst82 Let me put it this way. 90% upper body, 10% Lower. Does this clear it up?

  • I thought it was a girl at first because of the hair. Then I realized that a girl isn't going to post a video on youtube of her doing pull ups while shes topless. lol

  • you're ripped, is that the only workout you do?

  • @Musketor Thank you, man. No, that's not: we have so many tools to improve on our health it would be too restrictive leaning on just one method.

  • JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS HIS ELBOWS ONLY NEED TO BE AT A 90 DEGREE ANGLE FOR IT TO BE A LEGIT PUSHUP AND LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE SO LEAVE THE DUDE ALONE CONSIDERING ITS WORKING FOR HIM OBVIOUSLY

  • @CDXXGOD Thank you for your words: anyone can do extreme push-ups or pull-ups or muscle-ups, but for how long? Tendinopathies are there around the corner, always waiting to appear and scare...

  • i give u props for the pull ups.but man come on ,do u even call those push ups PUSH UPS !

  • @0097122 Wasn't I pushing my body up with my arms? So I call them push-ups, even if I know there are many ways to perform these pushes.

    Thabks for your comment.

  • @antokindness

I think he meant you barely lowered your body when you did the push ups. It looked like you did a series of half push ups.

  • @Uouttooo Yes I know it: my point in showing these videos of mine is to go versus this FULL-repetions thing: what many call full repetions I call dangerous repetitions (just go in any gym and ask around about aching joints and tendinopathies...)

  • @antokindness

People in gyms are using really heavy weights. That can mess up your joints for sure. But I wouldn't call a body weight heavy on a normal person. Especially when you are doing push ups, you are not pushing against your full body weight anyway.

  • @Uouttooo But you can still create stretch marks on your lateral-chest skin and damage those little external rotator muscles of the head of the humerus: it's my advice anyway, then you can go all along dipper to touch the ground at any push-up.

    Thanks for your comment.

  • you are a fucking strong son of a bitch

    nice

  • @tadeuk2k Thank you, buddy.

  • i want to put my nose and tongue on your sweaty armpits and nipples.....

  • your not going all the way down on your pushups

  • @lQKl That's why my shoulders are totally pain-free...

  • cool

  • @LDEEable Thank you.

  • BarBarian! Nice workout.

  • @hobo1256 Thank you, sir.

  • It's good to see healthy people training, and not some weird mis-shapen bodybuilder dude with one-shot muslces. Kudos, man.

  • @TheDailyTraceur Thanks for your consideration, sir. Wish you the best.

  • what happens with your pants motherfucker ?

  • I'll use this it's what i'd call fartlek simillar to tabata

  • @jprbur ...although Tabatas and Fartlek are endurance-training methods.

Great luck to you and thanks for your comment.

  • @antokindness Thx.

  • Comment removed

  • @antokindness Thx. Also there are a few fartlek's for anaerobic excersize only a few of course ;)

  • im 13 200lbs and i can do 73 pull ups in a row no kipping dead hang with perfect form!

  • @13andincrediblycut Good for you, kid.

  • @antokindness It's very hard to do that many though I'm a gymnast and have done bodybuilding for ages! :)

But good video too by the way!

  • @13andincrediblycut Thank you, kid.

  • @antokindness Want to subscribe and I subscribe?

  • @13andincrediblycut haha the biggest lie ive ever herd

  • @SimpleJack217 It's not a lie, dude. :)

  • hi anton. it's me again. lol.

i plan to do this kind of routine...do you recommend to do this workout everyday?? or should i let the muscles rest for a day or two.

im thinking of doing this routine:

    3 sets of pushups

    3 sets of pullups

    3 sets of lunges

    3 sets of abs

  • @ekubalusabyan Do the abs every day, but do the complete routine every other day.

  • @antokindness ok. thanks for the advice

  • Maybe my qestion sounds kinda stupid, but did u get your body only through doing things like pull ups, push ups, situps etc. or did u go to a fitness gym?

  • @fssbllgtt It's not stupid at all, sir: I swam all of my life till 35, so I didn't do only body-weight or gym exercises: I think both can do very well to your body.

    Take care.

  • @Anthonya01 Not so much: do them less often than push-ups and don't go lower than 90° and keep your chin retracted and look just in front of you. Cheers.

  • Nice pull ups, I also stop when my elbows are at 90° when i do pushups.

  • @liberator1986 So you will never have those bad stretch marks on your lateral chest, sir, not to mention shoulder pain.

    Take care,

  • @antokindness I wondered why i has stretch marks by me shoulders. Also after doing push ups, the next day i go to do more but just under my left shoulder is always hurts a little. Im not sure weather its just supposed to be my resting period or just what the push has done.

  • @oneillddrummer You have stretch marks on the front of your shoulders because you have gone too deep on your push-ups or were used to touch your chest when doing bench press exercises in any gym: the skin over there is very tight and not so elastic.

Rest at leat 48 hours before you come back to train a body part.

    Thanks for asking, takecare.

  • Do you do any weights training? I mean gymming etc? Or is it just push ups and pull ups?

  • @rarehuman It can never be. One has to train all of his body and so do I; weight training can be very good if done properly (i don't do it since one year now, just using a couple of dumbbells to train my shoulders). take care.

  • @antokindness thaks buddy :)

  • You don't even go all the way... Come on. I can do twice as much doing them like that. If you do push-ups like that, they're useless, I can do full push-ups, twice your speed, twice as many.

  • @oop1127 speed doesnt help when you're working out, its actually better to go slow so your muscles have to deal with the weight for a longer period of time, using speed when you're working out lessens the amount of potential you give your muscles to grow

  • @Truthforfreedom1 Thank you for your appreciation, sir. Take care.

  • your all tits and nowt else

  • thats NOT a pushup AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHHAHAH

  • @stomperfood ...but it's neither a joke...anyway I'm glad my video made you laugh at least. Take care.

  • @antokindness he means its a half pushup and he's laughing at YOU

  • @legendaryNAVYSEAL I know it, sir , and I'm glad I make him happy :)

  • your push ups are fucking bad and btw u look like a girl

  • @Pacmaan1992 At least my shoulders don't hurt at all and btw my girlfriend thinks totally otherwise (lucky me).

Thanks for your comment which says so much about you, sir.

  • what a fuckin hater.. the guys is ripped .. i bet he could get more pussy than you

  • @apapap187 I am 99.9 percent sure this guy is gay

  • @neonblack88 And in this case of mine, you're 99.9% wrong, sorry, macho man.

  • @antokindness

wait, so you're not gay? I'm sorry I am not trying to be offensive, but I got the impression that you were after I watched some of your videos.

  • @walshy0001 Nevermind, but I'm a pretty regular guy with regard to sexual preferences, loving women with big boobs and curvy bodies). Take care.

  • doesnt this guy eat and then workout or is it just workout

  • @alexandrulee ??...no...I just workout without never eating...

  • WOW!

  • @MrRiggsinn Thanks you: I read your channel's words, sir, and I found them very good.

    Wish you well.

  • Love the unbuttoned jeans .

  • @9mm1970 I really appreciate this, sir.

  • dont be a pussy. make those elbows break the plane (your back) when you go down. when you do pullups try to make your arms straight as you go down.

  • @ghost187x Dear sir, the purpose of all of my videos is to show what I learnt can do harm most of the times: what you suggest is what I strive to avoid: maybe for some people is safe to go all the way down while performing push-ups and pull-ups, but it is much wiser to keep the motion in the safest range. possible. If you dislike this, you'd better enjoy other really strong men here on YouTube.

    Regards.

  • @ghost187x When doing pull ups, it is best form to keep the shoulders and elbows slightly engaged. Dropping to a dead-hang can be injurious to shoulder and elbow joints. When doing push ups or, especially, bench press, keep the elbows no lower than the plane of the body. Going deeper risks rotator cuff injury, as the shoulders are weaker with the elbows behind the plane of the body. Whats the point of getting the extra 1-2% benefit if you risk being laid up for weeks or months with injury?

  • hate to be a boner killer, but that is not 90 degrees. lol (prime example at 2:33)

  • @knarkate You are right: maybe not every repetition was how I meant it to be: the idea was that anyway. My latest videos are better.

    Wish you well.

  • hate to be a boner killer, but that is not 90 degrees. lol (prime example at 2:33)

  • awesome pull ups. some of the best 1s ive seen on youtube. push ups suck though and dont say cuz shoulder stress(that wouldnt happen unless you were a bulky guy, which your pretty lean) be a man and go til your chest hits the ground

  • @AdangerousRETARD Thanks for your comment though I think both of your statements are kind of OVERstatements: my pull-ups are pretty regular and my push-ups are not that sucking: these ones are just a variation where I stop them at 90° between my arms and forearms (surely one can make them in better ways). Take care, man.

  • @antokindness ya they are regular, but most people on youtube dont even go close up or down all the way, which is regular haha

  • what a gay push ups ?

  • @lucanito1985 PLEASE SHOW US your super-macho pushups then!

  • @antokindness

well what his trying to say that you aren't even close to the ground

    -lucanito1985-

  • @jaw141 I know what he means: but I am at 90° between my arms and forearms and that was the aim of this push-ups variation (to avoid any shoulder stress).

  • good endurance training .... not the hardest pull up or push up i seen thats why

  • Gotta say your pushups are bad.Your range of motion is poor.Your chest should be very close to the ground or even touch it.

  • @Ph4nt4sm4ge My ROM was poor because I locked my shoulders' plates close together: one can let them slide back anf forth for a better push-ups and that's what I did in my subsequent videos. Thanks for your comment.

  • @antokindness Ah ok then :D

  • What age did you start doing your work outs antonio ?.Also have you always been slim ? regards mark

  • @mark1qt I swam since I was 5 at competition level: usually one year of working out can transform any body.

I wasn't in this good shape I am in now until I started eating properly (about 10 years ago) as a consequence of my medical studies.

    Take care, my friend.

  • i thaught it was a woman

  • @decbuckley That IT t's me, dude, and I'm Antonio from Italy. Take care.

  • keep your thumb out with other fingures...

that way u will target correct muscles

  • @Fahad1422 Thanks for the advice: and you're right for thumbs-out can make your lats work better. Regards.

  • good job. you almost managed to get your chin above the bar once

  • @Donyvi And just once I did it wrong: "Chin-ups" can harm your shoulders if one really gets his chin to the bar; it seems a paradox but if you know about kinesiology then you understand it well. Thanks for comment.

  • great workout!

what's the title of the song?

  • @op684 Icebox. Thanks for your comment.

  • omgf ur anorexic i have 15 and i am like 2 times more ripped than him

  • @locodaz New generations are biologically better...but I'm inventing something to improve on my body the same.

Anyway, many compliments on you, (little) man!

  • Dude, go lower when you do push ups.

  • is him iggy pop?

  • @mile20 : he's my father, mate!!!!!

  • Hi Antonio, My reasons for working out are a bit different. About 2 years ago I hit an iced bridge on motorway. Went through windshield. Neck 3/4 broken at C7. Horrible nerve damage. Weak & sick for a long time. About 2 years ago the Nazerene who I follow touched my body! Today I lift weights, push, pull, and dip up. The change was so sudden and so much, people were almost afraid of me. I workout and eat clean to follow HIM more. May you have peace Antonio

  • @Samson7able: Hi, mate: I think you were and are very intelligent to make your body improve this way. My reasons for exercise are very broader than what I explained mixing in some jokes: a healthy body is a body who is left free to live is functions, all of them, without hurting anyone and by enjoing life with someone else. IDEAS should improve on natural evolution. Keep on, man.

  • Hey Antonio!! Good morning; at least here: ) In my opinion you do NOT look weak and puny here but rather slim and trim! This is from one who once was VERY large and lifting very heavy weights. I also do not weigh but go by how I look in the mirror and how cloths feel. As I said before, I do prefer the ancient warrior type physique, with agility, leaness, and usable strength and work toward that now. Your friend in the Smoky Mountains : )

  • @Samson7able: Thanks for your meaningful comment, mate! IMHO, the purpose of working-out and exercising is to become attractive to girls (for I am straight, but the same applies to homos...) and to get strong enough to make them happy (you know what I mean...): that's what I'm always striving for. And there is no limit of age with regard to this purpose...Life is beautiful and IDEAS should make us live better.

    Your friend in Italy!

  • puny and weak. Use weights, get strong.

  • @jjhaywood : lately I got a bit stronger (check better before stating some final judgement as this one) and maybe right for the consequence of this video where I look so puny and weak.

    Regards.

  • man what is your height and weight? thx

  • @ght25ater : I'm about 5.11 and I weigh about 75 Kg.

    Take care.

  • @antokindness

do you lift weight or just body weight exercises with resistance ? thx bro.

  • @ght25ater: You can do a lot with body weight exercises: since a year (check my latest videos for this is two years old now) I do just bodyweight exercises and I feel far better than when I went to a gym: I think both way work (paying attention to avoid excessive ROM while perfomring both the methods). Take care.
