Man,you are certainly well done, but it is better to do pull-ups and push-ups better, not just raising your chin or not push deeply...Thanks for video anyway)
@panantukan12 Training for six months will give you a good shape (I come form swimming at competition level since I was 5 y.o.). Thanks for your comment.
@mrgoaliedean If just walking would do good, any mailmen would be immortals :) Do weight training (with bodyweight or dumbbells and barbells) and you will be in shape, pal!
Do you have any advice on pullup variations, in regards to equipment? I see you are using what looks like a part of the building. Any suggestions of other options that can be found around the house?
@Deadngone51o This video is two years old. A gym can offer very much to improve on our body, unless you let it destroy your joints and tendons. I do both.
this wouldn't be a bad video if it wasn't for the fact that ur pants are unbuttoned for no apparent reason and you have R&B on ..like this is supposed to be a sexy music video to someone or something...
@dwil2002 Like this: I avoid sources of refined carbos, except in the immediacy after a workout. I eat cottage chees, chicken, meckerel, fruits and vegs, fish oil (8g a day), various antioxidants, eating 5 times a day., an average of 2.100 Kcal.
I thought it was a girl at first because of the hair. Then I realized that a girl isn't going to post a video on youtube of her doing pull ups while shes topless. lol
JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS HIS ELBOWS ONLY NEED TO BE AT A 90 DEGREE ANGLE FOR IT TO BE A LEGIT PUSHUP AND LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE SO LEAVE THE DUDE ALONE CONSIDERING ITS WORKING FOR HIM OBVIOUSLY
@CDXXGOD Thank you for your words: anyone can do extreme push-ups or pull-ups or muscle-ups, but for how long? Tendinopathies are there around the corner, always waiting to appear and scare...
@Uouttooo Yes I know it: my point in showing these videos of mine is to go versus this FULL-repetions thing: what many call full repetions I call dangerous repetitions (just go in any gym and ask around about aching joints and tendinopathies...)
People in gyms are using really heavy weights. That can mess up your joints for sure. But I wouldn't call a body weight heavy on a normal person. Especially when you are doing push ups, you are not pushing against your full body weight anyway.
@Uouttooo But you can still create stretch marks on your lateral-chest skin and damage those little external rotator muscles of the head of the humerus: it's my advice anyway, then you can go all along dipper to touch the ground at any push-up.
Maybe my qestion sounds kinda stupid, but did u get your body only through doing things like pull ups, push ups, situps etc. or did u go to a fitness gym?
@fssbllgtt It's not stupid at all, sir: I swam all of my life till 35, so I didn't do only body-weight or gym exercises: I think both can do very well to your body.
@Anthonya01 Not so much: do them less often than push-ups and don't go lower than 90° and keep your chin retracted and look just in front of you. Cheers.
@antokindness I wondered why i has stretch marks by me shoulders. Also after doing push ups, the next day i go to do more but just under my left shoulder is always hurts a little. Im not sure weather its just supposed to be my resting period or just what the push has done.
@oneillddrummer You have stretch marks on the front of your shoulders because you have gone too deep on your push-ups or were used to touch your chest when doing bench press exercises in any gym: the skin over there is very tight and not so elastic.
Rest at leat 48 hours before you come back to train a body part.
@rarehuman It can never be. One has to train all of his body and so do I; weight training can be very good if done properly (i don't do it since one year now, just using a couple of dumbbells to train my shoulders). take care.
You don't even go all the way... Come on. I can do twice as much doing them like that. If you do push-ups like that, they're useless, I can do full push-ups, twice your speed, twice as many.
@oop1127 speed doesnt help when you're working out, its actually better to go slow so your muscles have to deal with the weight for a longer period of time, using speed when you're working out lessens the amount of potential you give your muscles to grow
@ghost187x Dear sir, the purpose of all of my videos is to show what I learnt can do harm most of the times: what you suggest is what I strive to avoid: maybe for some people is safe to go all the way down while performing push-ups and pull-ups, but it is much wiser to keep the motion in the safest range. possible. If you dislike this, you'd better enjoy other really strong men here on YouTube.
@ghost187x When doing pull ups, it is best form to keep the shoulders and elbows slightly engaged. Dropping to a dead-hang can be injurious to shoulder and elbow joints. When doing push ups or, especially, bench press, keep the elbows no lower than the plane of the body. Going deeper risks rotator cuff injury, as the shoulders are weaker with the elbows behind the plane of the body. Whats the point of getting the extra 1-2% benefit if you risk being laid up for weeks or months with injury?
awesome pull ups. some of the best 1s ive seen on youtube. push ups suck though and dont say cuz shoulder stress(that wouldnt happen unless you were a bulky guy, which your pretty lean) be a man and go til your chest hits the ground
@AdangerousRETARD Thanks for your comment though I think both of your statements are kind of OVERstatements: my pull-ups are pretty regular and my push-ups are not that sucking: these ones are just a variation where I stop them at 90° between my arms and forearms (surely one can make them in better ways). @jaw141 I know what he means: but I am at 90° between my arms and forearms and that was the aim of this push-ups variation (to avoid any shoulder stress).
@Ph4nt4sm4ge My ROM was poor because I locked my shoulders' plates close together: one can let them slide back anf forth for a better push-ups and that's what I did in my subsequent videos. Thanks for your comment.
@Donyvi And just once I did it wrong: "Chin-ups" can harm your shoulders if one really gets his chin to the bar; it seems a paradox but if you know about kinesiology then you understand it well. Thanks for comment.
Hi Antonio, My reasons for working out are a bit different. About 2 years ago I hit an iced bridge on motorway. Went through windshield. Neck 3/4 broken at C7. Horrible nerve damage. Weak & sick for a long time. About 2 years ago the Nazerene who I follow touched my body! Today I lift weights, push, pull, and dip up. The change was so sudden and so much, people were almost afraid of me. I workout and eat clean to follow HIM more. May you have peace Antonio
@Samson7able: Hi, mate: I think you were and are very intelligent to make your body improve this way. My reasons for exercise are very broader than what I explained mixing in some jokes: a healthy body is a body who is left free to live is functions, all of them, without hurting anyone and by enjoing life with someone else. IDEAS should improve on natural evolution. Keep on, man.
Hey Antonio!! Good morning; at least here: ) In my opinion you do NOT look weak and puny here but rather slim and trim! This is from one who once was VERY large and lifting very heavy weights. I also do not weigh but go by how I look in the mirror and how cloths feel. As I said before, I do prefer the ancient warrior type physique, with agility, leaness, and usable strength and work toward that now. Your friend in the Smoky Mountains : )
@Samson7able: Thanks for your meaningful comment, mate! IMHO, the purpose of working-out and exercising is to become attractive to girls (for I am straight, but the same applies to homos...) and to get strong enough to make them happy (you know what I mean...): that's what I'm always striving for. And there is no limit of age with regard to this purpose...Life is beautiful and IDEAS should make us live better.
@jjhaywood : lately I got a bit stronger (check better before stating some final judgement as this one) and maybe right for the consequence of this video where I look so puny and weak.
@ght25ater: You can do a lot with body weight exercises: since a year (check my latest videos for this is two years old now) I do just bodyweight exercises and I feel far better than when I went to a gym: I think both way work (paying attention to avoid excessive ROM while perfomring both the methods). Take care.
i see your body posture is very good,i hope i can make my body like yours. :)

good job. you almost managed to get your chin above the bar once
Donyvi 1 year ago

Your friend in Italy!

@jjhaywood : lately I got a bit stronger (check better before stating some final judgement as this one) and maybe right for the consequence of this video where I look so puny and weak.
Regards.

@antokindness
do you lift weight or just body weight exercises with resistance ? thx bro.
ght25ater 1 year ago
@ght25ater: You can do a lot with body weight exercises: since a year (check my latest videos for this is two years old now) I do just bodyweight exercises and I feel far better than when I went to a gym: I think both way work (paying attention to avoid excessive ROM while perfomring both the methods). Take care.
