  • whats the difference betwenn bridal shower and kitchen shower!

  • @RichardJavierGrillo Nothing, really. Sometimes when there is a bridal shower, people will state what kind of shower is. I went to a kitchen shower once. It was for a bride who had already been living with her husband to be for a while and had an established household, but their kitchen was sadly lacking in good things, so they asked us all to bring things for a kitchen. Hope that helps

  • Dose she ever actually make a real cake?!?

  • @Meldoll97 She does. Did you even look? Recently I made a mexican chocolate cake. I also made a silver white cake. I could dig around for more that I uploaded but why bother, you don't really wnt to know, do you?

  • @hutchtexas Thanks :) Hope it went well

  • Sorry .. Meant to sat

  • Great vide

  • I've been making these for years....just a few tips I've learned along the way: You can use 6 full size bath towels...3 for the bottom layer, 2 for the middle, and 1 for the top. Use wooden dowels inside to hold each layer together just as you would for a real cake. You can also do a 3rd fold on the towels to make each layer a bit thinner if you want. Also, I use small safety pins to pin the rolls together, they stay put and no one gets poked! Happy Crafting! :)

  • @lnthofmann Ahh the dowels sounds like it would be awesome. I only whipped this up for demonstration sake for a friend...never made it to give it, but did not like the instability of it. Thanks for the tip

  • @CookingAndCrafting oh, no problem. Happy to share. And you did a great job for your first one then!

  • Well shoot I just went to a bridal shower last weekend. I wish I'd remembered about this. Darn my bad memory.

Note to self check all Beth's videos before going to any gift giving occasion. Now if I can only remember the note LOL.
