its not possible to approach motaro like you did in the first round, or shall i say its not that many times possible to attack him while going straight for him while staying on the ground... he has much to much priority...

and there was NEVER any sign of input, no steping forward or backward during the 242+hk... and then you were only hit by the last blast from khan, which was after the game ended for tools, so the tool didnt evade cuz your blast was enough for his hp to reduce it to zero

@Cabuncle if you don't complete the chain combo vs motaro, sometimes he does a little jump back, then you can approach to him and repeat. well, sometimes he catches you and hit you
