@dmf5005 I'm a member of Delta Sigma Phi in Wisconsin. In the first place, I don't care who it is, you don't say its good when somebodies home is destroyed. And second, how can you claim them to be douchebags when you don't even know them. When I got to college I had the same stereotypical view toward Fraternities, I hung out with them a couple times, and now they are like family to me. Can you at least show some respect seeing as they just lost their home.
If you would like to help these young men donate any food, clothing, money, or toiletries at the welcome desk in the Illinois State University Rec Center. Located across main street from Jimmy Johns.
@boscodrg they tried to, the guys living there used fire extingushers until they had to leave because it was too intense. Then the firefighters did the same, then they used the firetrucks to put it out.
@dmf5005 Really? Do you actually know these guys? Do you even know anything about frats? Or did you just watch family guy and make all your assumptions from that? I lived next to these guys all year and I never had a problem with them or Pikes. Grow the fuck up
@dmf5005 First and foremost, I would like to state that just because the fraternity house was destroyed this fire doesn't mean that the fraternity will go down. If your family house was burnt to the ground, would your family be "distinguished"? No, you would grow stronger and bond together, much like the brotherhood will do. Before you go judging people based on stereotypes, get to know them, because we all aren't the stereotypical "frat".
@dmf5005 Wow first of all you might want to use the proper word when trying to talk shit. It's sad to see that you impose the same stereotype on us that we act superior when in fact you are acting the same way because you're 'too good' to join a fraternity and anyone that does is beneath you. Quick lesson, our entire fraternity across the country is responding to aid our brothers at ISU. I gave $50 to individuals I have never even met. That's what fireproof brotherhood is about. YITBOS
