Now you've got me interested in the original movie which I have never seen. I looked at a few snippets on YouTube and the song MORE just doesn't seem to fit the general tenor of the film. I'll try to find the original and watch it. So far the the song is much more uplifting than the film shots.

Hello Coz. Yeah, those ''Mondo Cane'' movies are very weird. I like foreign movies.  It's Italian, like Fellini. There's a brutal pig slaughter by some Pacific Islanders, which I didn't like at all, in the first movie, but most of the movie(s) deal with more odd or ridiculous things. Check them out. The first movie was better than its sequel.

They're about the odd things people, in a variety of cultures, do around the world that most Westerners would find odd, bizarre, humorous, and even quite disgusting. Michael... be prepared for some pretty sick stuff if you're going to watch the movie. That's all I can say. The whole movie isn't like that, but there are some gross things in that movie. By today's standards, it would seem relatively tame, but we're talking 1962.
