How did you cut your smaller circles to be the same size? Like how each side was the same size?

You can use plaster, probably, however I've never tried it on these particular chakrams. I've seen other people use plaster on cosplay weapons, and it seems to work fine ^__^

well if you work on them pretty continuously you could probably get them done in say... five days? it takes about a day for each side of the Chakram to dry hope that helps!!

Do you know if they would have all that stuff at a Micheals or JoAnn fabrics?Also is there any substitution for the hot glue gun?

you can use tacky glue instead of hot glue, but it takes a lot longer to dry and will slow you down. dont use super glue or gorilla glue. and i don't know if they have those things at joann fabrics, but you can probably find them at michaels. it's just a theory though, i haven't been to michaels in years!
