Now I figured out how to fix the no moving problem with the 3rd person. In the willowinput.ini, under the section titled [Engine.PlayerInput] , there are all the bindings listed. Instead of putting the two lines of code in the [WillowGame.WillowPlayerInput] section, put them at the top of the bindings list under the [Engine.PlayerInput].

That's strange, perhaps you should add the F3 and F4 part after all bindings under this line: [WillowGame.WillowPlayerInput] in WillowInput.ini. Mine works as you can see.
Yep, is quite awesome but when you are aiming in 3D the cross hair disappears so it is not an accurate shooting after that but IMHO it does not matter at all :D

this is cool, but when I add it I'm not able to move around.. no keys work at all.. only F3 and F4 to switch between FPS and TPS

You need to reset key bindings in game and then add that lines again. It works for me.
