I just made your recipe for this pie crust and all I can say is that it's sooooo delicious. It has flavor. I did have problems getting it to stay togther. But I made it work. It was sooo worth it. Thank for the tip on adding vanilla extract.

Try adding just a little more water. Bringing it together in a stand up mixer also helps.
