I remember this being on a 16:40 - 17:07 slot on CITV in the late 80s early 90s. Not too sure what day it was. Could have been a Wednesday though.

I don't recall this being on Channel 4 but as you see at the end caps it's from Thames Television, which was for the ITV London region on weekdays.

The title song is called "Got to Move" by Cree Summer Francks.

I used to watch Owl TV which I think ran on ITV or Channel 4 and as I thought, Michaela Strachan was the presenter of that programme.
