Biodynamic Organic Farm Co-Op We Participate In

When a member of a farming co-op, are all people (owners) in the co-op farmers, people who help out with the farming? In other words, is there a such thing as a member in the co-op not doing any work accept for putting up the money? Also, if all members of the coop are farmers, are the owners/farmers the ones who put up all monies for the co-op?

Awesome. That's how we got involved with the farm in the first place. My wife was taking a class of his and volunteered to help out at the farm.
