  • hi ppl check this song out search for 'red nose day 2009 'my song' comic relief' please read info and rate thx

  • excellent

  • i aint seen them yet on comic relief, it kinda sucks if they dont appear :(

  • happy red nose day everyone. the work they all do and the money they raise to help people less fortunate than ourselves is truly remarkable. some of the stories of the african children who have AIDS and Malaria are deeply touching. Well done to all those who donated and to those who spared a thought it really means alot to those people who need it the most.

  • lucky you we werent allowed to :@ we had to wear full uniform :/ it sucked but i just went casual instead ( i never get caught at these thing ;) )

  • In my school we all came in pyjamas to school 2day

  • good

  • Oh and that Simon Pegg is just not funny.

In fact the funny thing is HE thinks he's funny.

  • I sick to fucking death of Dawn French telling the Africans how to eat.

Chartity should begin at home...why give money to some 3rd world little corrupt country?.

We should look after number 1.

  • Finally, someone agrees with me. =D

  • ANOTHER pointless event raising money for corrupt African countries. Their leaders shop for diamonds and their people starve. Nothing will change in Africa so dont waste your money on this bullshit. Charity should begin at home, we have enough worthwhile causes in the UK that dont get anything

  • Finally, someone else agrees with me. =D

  • I will agree with anyone who has the balls to actually tell the TRUTH. Aid to Africa simply does not work. If there is an African who employs 20 people to make tools and we give these things away free it simply means 20 Africans lose their jobs & the dependency on Aid just goes on and on and on...very much like the last 40 years!!! It's time the do-gooders tackled corrupt African "leaders" yet the African leaders say NOTHING about Zimbabwe because Mugabe plays the race card and it's bollocks!

  • Exactly. We should do something about it. A Petition maybe? I dunno. An authority figure wouldn't go without a miss. It shouldn't be me, cos I don't know how to word things.

  • i agree about the whole zimbabwe thing. i actually wrote to the prime minister about it and got a whole load of crap back from him and the ministry of defence telling me about it. i was like .. i know whats going on i want to know what your doing to help ! but i still think that if we have the chance to help others then go for it.

  • Agreed, there obviously are downsides to it, but some of the use of money can only benefit them, like building health facilities and water pumps. Would be even better if they used the money to hire African people to do the work, giving the families money too. They wouldnt need so much aid if countries of ours didnt take advantage of their labour and resources in the first place

  • There is NO plus side to Aid when it is given to countries that already have a Government. Africa has been independent for around as long as India and Pakistan have been (Give or take a Country) yet we are STILL pumping billions into corrupt countries where the Aid only allows their "leaders" to continue on their path of corruption. Look at Zimbabwe, the African Union has done NOTHING to prevent economic breakdown there and instead have remained silent. You want change then start at the top!

  • Yeah I agree, just a lot easier said than done lol. A shame having to look at the way some countries are like that and not being able to help out. Think mralan needs to calm down a bit...

  • It's not easier said than done mate. If we REALLY want Africa to succeed the n people need to speak out against these vile cretins who ruin their countries. Lets have a depose Mugabe day instead as it will be far more beneficial to Africa than pointless Aid been thrown down the pan year after year.

  • Fair enough for actually saying it, considering at the moment there arent enough people willing to do anything like that.

  • Mate the reason people are afraid to speak the TRUTH as they are worried that some idiotic Liberal turnip will denounce them as being racist. I know, I cannot begin to tell you how many have try'd it on me but alas I am African so it kind of wee's on their chips.

  • logical dilemma aid money helps health of the people but dose it really ? it seems only temporary example because of the health increase so does the new generation grow even larger ,so then few years pass and the same corrupt gov exist leading them back in to serious problem of needing aid again but this time population is doubled which makes you think is the aid really helping problem or increase problem later on down the time line ,fixing ther own corrupt government is only solution 2 crisis

  • Guess we need to reduce the population by 1/2 then in order to fix the problem =D

    great idea

  • for RND im going into school as a Zombie

had to do it for these guys! they rock

lol nick looks funny with long hair xD

  • no not the master. he was in an episode with christopher eccleston.

  • it was called "the long game"

  • oh yh the jagrafess one!!! that ones quite boring

  • really? which episode?

  • one with christopher eccleston where they were in that satelite thing and, um, he is upstairs on the top floor which people claim is to be made of gold. it isnt gold it is something that rhymes with gold that is 'cold' and there is a blob on the ceiling and he randomly promotes a girl i think is called suki or something and she gets killed and wired up. ta ddaaaa

  • grr its the plastic red noses!!

i like the spongey ones they are well comfier!

  • Lol comfier doesn't look right. But then the more complete word, comfortabler doesn't look right either. I think more comfy or more comfortable sounds better but yeah, plastic ones suck (your nose off your face lol).

  • Comment removed

  • I want to marry Simon Pegg!!!

  • the saturdays r doin the official comic relief song this year yey !!!!!!!

  • "Not in front of my face! That's where the magic happens." :D

  • Hey, Red Nose Day this year is gonna be on my birthday. ;o

    It's Friday 13th, too.

  • I got the middle on:-)

  • I love Simon&Nick!

  • Those T-Shirts. Do want.

  • Yay! lol I look forward to the next Simon and Nick project.

  • I love Pegg and Frost!! :D

  • I love those two! can't wait to see Nick in The Boat that Rocked and Simon obviously in Star Trek. I don't think the recession will stop people giving money. It always happens anyway. People were struggling in November and Children in Need still made millions. Comic Relief is so much more entertaining and it sort of makes you want to donate cash whatever the credit statement says. I love Comic Relief and I'd buy one of those shirts :)

  • I think we probably have a bit more than people who are starving? Don't you think?

  • Comment removed

  • Yep, and if we haven;t got a job or even if you can't be bothered to work and just decided to sit on your arse all day, you can always sponge off the government, rather than rummaging around rubbish tips just to find enough paper/bottles etc to sell so you can eat that day!

  • Comic Relief raises money for the UK too.

  • Comment removed

  • YOU ARE A _______. You can put many a word there.

I'm unemployed, but I still think I'm a lot better off than the sarving millions throughout the world.
