I see them all the time in Osaka, and I'm a gaijin, so that adds to the fact.
I always rev my engine when I'm next to them, and play loud american music and when they occasionally stop to yell at me, I reveal that I'm wearing a WWII flak jacket and a senninbari. I mean no disrespect to the Japanese people, but republicans who wake me up with their loudspeakers make me very angry.
