Congrats, but Doctors and Midwives are in it for the money and their own time!!!! Yes you were 4cm dialated but had they not stressed about "the end of their shift" maybe your baby would have been delivered naturally...Most hospitals are pushing for C sections because they are retarded and love surgery. Lets not forget the idiot doctors and midwives who "YANK" placentas out causing women to bleed to death then if they do manage to save them they get kudos..BS I say...let the placenta fall out

@whatamachine89 Yeah lol its not Tuesday as in the day of the week, its Teusday which is a tribal name from my late grandfather's Aboriginal tribe which has been used in my Mother and her sister's middle names, my middle name and now has been passed down to my daughter. Its frustrating that it sounds like the day of the week cos people think that we named her that because she was born on a Tuesday when really its just a family name :)

Love this. Your labor was a lot like mine, except my water broke on it's own and then I only ever dilated to 4cm and my daughter had some distress and I had to have a c-section also. I just wanted to tell you that no matter how awful it seems now it does get better. I was convinced I would be in pain forever but after about two weeks I was getting back to normal. Enjoy your new bundle of joy she is gorgeous. You did great mommy :)
Congrats on the little one, she's gorgeous. I'm jealous of you though for being awake for your c-section. When I had my now 4 year old, it was an emergency c-section, but they put me to sleep for it, and I didn't get to see my son until the next day.
