only thing i can say about this hand:

negreanu somehow more or less claims that hansen put him on KK, but i cant really imagine that hansen really put him on KK there, because if he did, why on earth would hansen think that negreanu would (value) bet KK on a board like that against a player like hansen? that makes like little to 0 sense if you think about it...

Negreanu says that the option of check on the river is a mistake,but i'm not agree.

It's true that in the case of overpair is not getting a little more money cause of that small bet that the overpair could call, but in the other cases HE IS GETTING ALL THE MONEY, if Negreanu has straight and bet that river,by the same Gus move all in,Negreanu doesn't understand the history and call, but in the case of the little bet,Negreanu with something good raise,and Gus all in,Negreanu CAN FOLD!!, THAT IS

Negreanu was representing 1 overpair, and there is no value for 1 overpair on that river,neither AA is going to call a big bet on the river neither is going to bet on that river after check, so Gus had 2 options, only 2=

1. Small bet on the river

2. Check on the river

Daniel seems to assume he's "Hollywood acting" somehow worked, we never get know what hand Gus thought he had. There was alot of money out there, Hanson could have very well placed Daniel on a pocket 6 or 9:s. Now O would have still made a bet in that situation but checkraising was not unthinkable.

when an agresive player like gus checks u on the river, after a check raise on the turn, u have to be 100 % sure that's trouble. it's hard to fold a full house, i have trouble folding a set even though i know i am beat. can't blame daniel for making the call.

Daniel has a point. After the way the betting went, why would Gus expect Daniel to bet an overpair if hes only getting called by a better hand? Pros dont bet in those spots, amateurs do. Would Daniel call a river bet by Gus? Its likely since Gus could be bluffing with a lot of hands because the board got scarier. Check raise didnt make sense considering Daniels likely hand but Gus was lucky because Daniel happened to have a hand that was much better than a pocket pair.

If hed have bet, daniel would have probably pushed or raised.. gus didnt put daniel on a full house at all he was lucky daniel had that big of a hand because i doubt he would have value bet a straight or an overpair on that board with the previous action basically the hand played itself basically, daniel negreanu had the 4th nuts against a very agressive gus hansen with quads.. the money was always going in however they played it.
