I'm in communication with this bloke. I can assure all you doubters out there that regardless of exactly WHAT is being filmed, he's NOT trying to hoax anybody. In fact, if you take the time to communicate with him, he's quite honest in admitting that he doesn't know what is going on and even suggests that it is possible these might be any number of other natural phenomena, or even simply bugs!
Some of what he's filmed definitely deserves attention...in my opinion. This one is quite odd!
The closer to the sun you get the more you'll see. As RiversMiranda has proven a piece of exposed 35mm film works as a UV filter. It helps to have the sun blocking object far from your camera, 100 feet or more. It's interesting what you find using a video camera this way.
