It's strange and it's out there, this the sort of music where you need a particular mentality that music doesn't have to be about lyrics or creating a solid melody line nor about rambunctious choruses.

When will people understand that not all music needs vocals.

DNB gets the shame shite some hiphop gets which is "SO repeditive!" but the people arent listening to the subtle changes.

Most producers have spent aLONG time in the studio for their creations..

There is still emotion in the music. I think this kind of music and other electonica make people think of dance parties and illicit drugs.

@kl0wnkill fucking hate it how nearly all of the mainstream dnb made for radio play HAS to have vocals (and generally a guitar). an example of where vocals have ruined a recent album wud be the new london elektricity lp, which has some of the most shocking lyrics ive heard in tiiiiime ha.

some examples of tunes where vocals are used properly, however, are 'concord dawn - say your words' or even 'evol intent - middle of the night'
