I went out to Vidor Tx. in 1987 to attend George's son Bryan's wedding and while I was there Bryan's mother Shirley fixed a big pot of gumbo. It might have been jambalaya, it had a lot of things in it that I had never eaten before. But man it was good. While I was there I stayed with George's eldest son Jeffrey. I have met Susan and Georgette, George's daughters. George has a great family. I love em all. Thanks for the post.
