I know that today cars are made better with more sophisticated technology, greater fuel efficiency, better safety features, but I still really miss those cars I grew up with during the Fifties and Sixties when car design was an uninhibited art form in its own right. My dad's Hudson Commodore Six, my own first car, a 1960 Pontiac Catalina hardtop convertible model with a 389 under the hood. I'd love to drive one of those again some day.
I have this same model convertible.
