Dear Icelanders, I know things are bad now, but I am certain you will turn things around. Having lived there and with a girlfriend that is icelandic I have gotten to know the icelandic people. And I swear Icelanders are the thoughest, most hardworking and at the same time friendliest and most cheerful people I have ever met. I want to move there so bad, seems like the things in the United states just don't get any better. Never cared for american culture anyways. But when I started studying Iceland, and Icelandic history it's sounds like the land where I want to grow old in. Icelandic is a very beautiful language although it's very difficult to learn for a native English Speaker. How's the economy doing over there? God Bless Iceland

The problem in this country is the harsh weather, specially after Christmas, turning this country into a dark cave 24 hours a day...really boring and depressing. Divorces, suicides, and individualistic conducts might be the result of that hostile climate. At least, the country is great for nature lovers
