If hayate falls in love I feel like it would kinda mess up the entire story.

just taking hina as an example. If she became Hayate's GF what would Nagi do? she thinks Hayate loves her...would she kick Hayate out? It just makes it complicated. not to mention the other girl(haven't watched anime in a while) that Hina is backing right now. She would feel betrayed.

in other words: Hayate keep up your single status! Makes the so ftw!
