Moorish guitar is not Spanish guitar. Two different instruments. The Spanish guitar was given its (superior) shape and form by Antonio de Torres Jurado, a white Spaniard. Of course you can trace back influence to the sitar and tanbur, but that's not the point. Those are different instruments. Just like the oud is a different instrument.
