This stuff truly is proper hard cider. Fresh preshed apple juice, not concentrate, no added malt, grape wine, spirit, sugar, preservatives, coloring and its unfiltered, which gives a fuller mouth feel.
Just a wonderful all around cider, I can't reccomend it enough
i have heard you can develop a yeast from organic apple peals n i was thinking about makeing a beer useing a cider yeast with a hopy malty beer but never got around to it but i dont care for the dry ciders myself but some of the better ones iv had are a lil high in alc. % and hold a boozie /sweet body and i think there is alot of potental in cider beers thats not put out there enuf.one of the good ones have had was called Hornsbee"s but the last time i got me some it changed n tasted dry

I don't think these are distributed in Fl right now. I'll give them a shot as soon as they do, they sound interesting. I don't drink as much cider as beer, but I enjoy it from time to time.
If you guys want to try a really unique cider, look into Domaine Dupont's Cidre Bouche. It comes in the 750 ml corked bottles. Very funky stuff. Interesting yeasty characteristics, like Orval or something.
I'd really like to try these out sometimes, as far as ciders go, I've really only had Woodchuck. This looks like it might be pretty damn good. Thanks a lot for the review, guys.
I did up a gallon jug of cider with molasses as an experiment, sort of a spin on an old pioneer recipe. Man, it was foul at three months and just slightly mellowed from there at six months. I couldn't drink it but as an interesting aside I used the stuff to make the most incredibly delicious bread. My point is molasses is a strong and lasting adjunct. Really good review thanks and happy new year.

Ill drink it if it gets me drunk. You should talk more about alcohol content and how many it takes before you fall on the floor and piss yourself.

@LHKDeath It's funny you recommend the Bouche, because my mom got hooked on the stuff at an awesome pub I frequent in Atlanta.
