I'm so happy to see that Diplomacy has come back to the USA. I don't expect miracles to happen overnight, but I've a strong hope, believe that Diplomacy will end hostilities between nations, replace it with understanding, and ultimately with friendship.
Cos they wer liberated, when powell became sec of state he pissed off rumsfeld who conspired to shut out the state dept with cheney. Condi rice was too weak to face down Cheney and was repeatedly bypassed for matters relating to foreign policy.
