you have to go in the room in the back and they like give you a dance or something. you have to kinda just leave your system on for awhile because you have to spend a certain amount and then it generates revenue.

To complete the boatyard asset you must do the mission "Checkpoint Charlie", which starts when you get into one of the two motorboats at the boatyard (you can use either boat in the mission). If I remember correctly, the way to complete the Sunshine Autos asset is to finish the first Vehicles Wanted list. You can find the Vehicles Wanted list if you go to the back of Sunshine Autos and look around. I have created video guides to both Checkpoint Charlie and the first Vehicles Wanted list.

To throw a pizza to a customer, do exactly the same thing that you would do when doing a drive-by: Look to the side of the bike and press the fire button. That should work.

A vigilante mission is a mission that you can start if you have a police or military vehicle. Once you get into a police or military vehicle, you should get a message that says that you can start the Vigilante missions if you press a certain button. The mission as such is about hunting down criminals.
