If a person is in great danger he or she gets to be first in line, like right away. In the States you get the best of care if you are well insured by "for profit" insurance companies. Mike Moore is right, "Get rid of these "for profit" Health Care providers. Canada's system has been much maligned by these insurance crooks!
It is true though that Congress voted against having to adhere to the bill. So once again, the government says "this is whats best for you," and then says, "but we are allowed to decide if we want to be affected by it or not." So the gov forces us, while enabling themselves to be free of it. Apparently, governmental officials dont have to adhere to mandates, while the rest of us do.
@mikelunz I hear U, but doing it this way will save money. We are already paying for the uninsured to get emergency attention. Costs of this are drastically more expensive then paying for preventative care. If I have to pay for someone anyways at least lets pay a lower amount. Plus we are helping our own people stay alive, women and children, I am definitely on a tight budget but I would rather pay a lower cost to help our people, Then pay for pointless wars which kill our children. How bout U?
