Yes any one can go up on the heli pad/ bow area, as all the anchor and mooring gear on new ships is housed in lower decks, allowing passengers unrestricted access to the bow area. There are chairs up there so you can sit and take in the view and feel the breeze. ( or go right up to the railings and get your "Titanic photo" !) LOL. just be aware that there are cameras on the ship that area beamed live into all the cabins, and one is a bow view. Time for your 3 mins of fame !
Do they let you go on the helipad for departure? or do those ppl have special passes or something
