millian is good aswell 15 very quick plays for colo colo get him for free but you got the hassle of work permit but persist he comes eventually

They are all about 15 at the start and are available on free contract. Just search through all the norwegian teams and you will find them in either the firts team or reserves. They may not look great at first but trust me they turn amazing after the first season or so

Hey you guys. Just a general question on developing these young kids and making sure they reach their potential.

What do you generally do? Give them first team action quickly? Send them out on loan?
