  • I wanted to watch this but I couldn't get over the BIG eyes.

  • His eyes are weird o.o

  • "In a bubble!"

  • Shit, I was expecting a vid. about the Pope.

  • he's right with the "extend to full zoom" advice but for that you need massive light source because usually the lens in p&s cameras are very very slow, and even if you have a tripod, you subject won't stay perfectly still so your image will still be blurry..

  • ahahahaha are you a robot?

  • a weird tutorial. If i can afford a tripod and this kind of light I would just buy a better camera.

  • He does state to use a window light if you have it. You don't need the softbox.

And tripods can be had for very cheap - $20 or $30. They just aren't the 'best' and may fall apart after hard use.

  • @kustomkure Hee hee.. true.

  • Pointed and well shot. Thank you.

  • Setting it on telephoto is an especially helpful tip. It avoids the "dog nose" effect of a subject's face too close to the lens. Thanks for sharing :)

  • just bought a point and shoot digital camera today. thanks for the tips!!
