it takes hours and hours (and hours, and hours) of secluded practice to become a talented artist. i've personally watched a fantastically beautiful girl turn into a ... not so fantastically beautiful girl... due to the hours of sedentary lifestyle she endured to become a fantastically talented artist. If a beautiful girl truly wants to be an artist, she should not forget to take breaks, get outside, eat right, hit the gym, etc... or else she'll look like a mix of fat Jonah Hill and Mike Norton

Not to trash you, I don't know your background, but I don't think you have real insight in the secret world of comic artist... cause it can get real raw. The chicks that do work in comics know it and are usually humored by it.

... Oh yea, Jock comic book artists making fun of fat guys... These guys would have no friends... As far as acting goes, for a deadline, they seem pretty casual. How about leaning over a table and show these people working, concentrating on what they're doing. You don't have to show them drawing every second, but leaning back casually and being gib is unrealistic.

that oriental guy wasn't a very good actor, at least when he's trying to tell the story of leavin dvds behind. It's sounded like he was making a cover, not even a half baked lie. Kinda funny vid, old joke of the fat bearded comic stereotype. Hey, Michael Moore may have a secret identity of bein a comic scribe, lol

The skit was well done. I just think it cut to the final song to fast. After the delivery of the condom comment we should have seen the camera cut back to the other two with the looks on their faces, especially the girl showing a shocked facial expression. cut and roooole song

Judging from this clip and the incredibly hot chick pretending to ink that page of art, the filmmaker isn't even remotely in touch with the world of comic book artists. The actress is just moving her brush around the board in random formations without even looking at what she's inking.
