@ShoteGalica85, that's right, Zarko Jovanovic Jagdino wrote and composed the song, 1949 I believe. It was accepted as Roma Anthem by World Romani Congress in London 1971. Over time the song was interpreted by many, most noticeable by Olivera Katarina and Saban Bajramovic.

And of course, Dani's interpretation is excellent!
