Old School Game Reviews: The racing game special

lol, how did I ever play NMWCR on Gameboy! It goes at like 3 frames per second so you have no idea how fast you are going. I think I played this game more than anyone simply because of the Nigel Mansell branding and a good imagination that I was in his shoes. It's such a shame the Gameboy simply could not handle the muscle for these sorts of racing games, it was actually very good as a SNES game.

Hum I do have fun with Nigel Mansell and giving it 0 or 1 to graphics is plain ridiculous.....

The inside of the car looks absolutely fantastic for a 1992 non colored GB game (the hands and the wheels are top notch)

My main complain is that all opponents look the same and they don't make mistake at all (for all I've played it) .

But out of that, NM is a good game and gets a 3,5 out of 5 from me

As for Street Racer, damn this black ground circuit with black karts is just plain DUMB

Du kommst aus Deutschland, oder? Woher ich das weiss, hmm? Einerseits habe ich den Service von Youtube genutzt und ausserdem habe ich das an deinem English erkannt (also schon vorher) ^^

Ich wusste gar nicht, das es von beiden Games GB-Umsetztungen gab. Habe die SNES-Umsetztung von N. Mansell. Aber wie es scheint, sind sie nicht gerade der Rede wert..

It seems you didn't get the concept. The "arguing" between Sam and me isn't real, I'm writing a script for episodes in which Sam is involved ;)
