I believe the song you're talking about is "That's What Love Is" by Miki Howard. She dated Gerald Levert for a minute and also had that joint "Love Under New Management" that she wrote about him. I used to kill that track all the time and she used his line from "Baby I'm Ready" in that. " I’m through with all those old love games and some guys messin’ around with so many girls I can’t even name"
