  • It's a great workout, but it was difficult the first 2 times. I can feel my stomach buning from the last excersize..

  • not very good positioning of the instructor and not very controlled movements either... be careful!

  • very good work out for the upper body. I plan to use these along with whatever else I can find to supplement a stronger work out.

  • I'm 5'2" and I use the small ball size. Anything else and my feet can't touch the ground when they should :-). And I'm fat too, and can do these just fine so..yeah. Just keep trying!

  • I wish I could accomplish these as easy as you can. I'm trying though! If I'm 5"2 what size ball should I buy? And where can you buy them in the UK? I'm tired of lugging to the gym to use them.

  • You're lazy and that's why you're complaining. This video is useful for the rest of us who want to keep in shape but don't want to pay hefty gym fees. Lacking discipline is how you got to be the shape you are in the first place.

  • I run 4-9 miles daily, so I have very thin, muscular legs. My bf kept telling me to start lifting and stuff, which I absolutely dreaded attempting. So, I got out my body ball about a month ago. I work with it every other day, and since then my upper body has become very strong and muscular:D

  • wow, this is great. I just got my ball today. my instructor in brazillian jiu jitsu told me to buy one for my core muscles. I'm loving this ball. i really feel like i'm getting a good burn from a workout that doesn't seem so hard. plus, it's a great thing to have to sit on while i'm gaming it up. I'd suggest a ball to anyone

  • I have a problem with slipping off the balls. I've literally fell off the ball several times. It's kind of scary. However, as you point out, you should back your feet to a wall to keep yourself stable. These are great exercises!

  • On a level of 10 how much do you recommend these?  The techniques look really good, I just was wondering how much improvement in the core do you observe compared to other exercises you would recommend?

  • u need to have your feet touching the ball when you do these tammy. it makes them harder (stress on the muscle build muscle not the number of reps/sets)

  • Thanks for all these new ideas to the ball. I love the ball for stretching. We got videos with it, and everything have shown us is not in any of the videos. I have a few of my own which I do also. I believe in doing more at the same time for less effort. Legs, belly and back all in one , is 1 I came up with, rolling on the ball while doing a sit up, and lifting the belly up, and bending the legs all at once. Some call it lazy, I tend to call it efficient use of time.
