You know i'm only new to listening to placebo so I really can't comment but, this song seems to lack the same depth and energy as almost every other track that I have listened to, it seems like "not placebo" just a observation anyway...

@MisHapMusic if you listen to the whole album sleeping with ghosts you will notice the same vibe. I don't think it lacks energy, I just think it has a softer, more emotional, and more romantic side to it than some of thier other songs. It's not very un-placebo like if you look ALL of their work. It's just softer rock. I'ts a great album though. There are many wonderful sides to Placebo!
