okay i live like right there but i have never noticed this huge building ? i know all the outside shots i can see some of them from my porch- where the heck is this building?? im going to try looking left inside of right lol ?this might not even be real
this is a nice place if you like to over look whitman ingersoll projects and hear gun shots at night. for half a million i shouldn't need to see crack heads and hear gunshots once a week. i'll spend my money somewhere else, and let you be the bigger fool ;)

Price remain high despite downturn of properties value in NYC. I would wait for imminent drastic price drop soon.
