@themtaknowitall the R32s are almost ALWAYS having HVAC problems. thats why the R44's were on the (C).

i know why thy stopped running R46s on the (E). the R46's are 8 cars and have 4 doors per car (32 doors per train). a 60 foot car 10 car train has 60 doorways per train, and the (E) is heavily used, so there are too few doors.

This video was taken during the summer of 2008. The R32s were having A/C problems so they put some R46s on the line because people were compaining about riding hot R32 cars.
