It's not a sign of anything, other than ridicule towards someone else. Insults have no place in debate, but to say creationism and belief without evidence deserve to be taken seriously in a debate setting is to give them credence they don't deserve.
The book is already closed, the race is over. That's why most intelligent people are by and large atheists, so debate is not necessary - so neither is restraint of derisions. It's just a matter of getting everyone else across the finish line.

Man, is she ignorant. Heal people in Hospice? They're at the end of their lives, that's the whole point of hospice! Death with comfort and dignity. Where did she get her list of diseases to "heal?" HIV and AIDS are treatable, in the sense that life span can be extended and viral load decreased with appropriate medications, but they cannot be healed - they are incurable, which is why prevention and treatment are so important.
