@Lalaine8U After it is completely and absolutely dry, pop the balloon (you can try doing this with a needle) Then, if you want to put some candy in, make a tiny little hole, (big enough for one candy at a time) and there you go. If it is a small piñata, you can put the candy in before decorating. If you are making a big one, then put the candy in, after you have finished the piñata.
make sure to use a SOLID object, and not jello
