I still remember the demo disc that came in the Official Playstation 2 magazine that showed the trailer with this track on it. I'll admit I replayed that trailer a few times listening to it.

I like all the DMC games and this one actually got me interested in the series in the first place. Love the soundtrack,one of the best boss fights i had in this game.

The gameplay wasn't TOO bad...but the controls were really wonky. I did really like the music, though, that much was awesome.

@AshisogiiJizo The controls weren't all that bad. Just a tad slow sometimes. I found that when higher amounts of enemies are on-screen, the controls become less responsive. Honestly, I find button lag to be better than actual on-screen lag, so I can forgive it.

I love how people harp on this game, when it's honestly a decent and fun game. They say it's too easy, but they should try playing it on DMD!

@crapheadandidiot i had no complaint whatsoever about DMC 2 honestly one complaint i heard was Dante was too serious he's obviously pissed about something between 4 & 2 maybe they will make a game that explains why he is so pissed maybe hes just matured idk but it is a dumb complaint

I think they should have saved Nefasturris for the final boss or something. Just made the fight a hell lot harder.

Not that Despair Embodied was any bad, though. It actually was one of the rare circumstances where the game was difficult AND fairly so.

I kind of agree with you man, i loved DMC2, and DMC4 completely ruined Dante and turned him into a way over the top guy who tries to act like a teenager.

That kind of personality was perfect for DMC3 Dante because he WAS a teen, but it doesn't suit adult Dante at all, he needs his DMC1 personality back...

they should remake DMC2 in HD, hire new voice actors and add a lil extra custscenes, other than that, the combat, gunplay and Devil Trigger in DMC2 was the best out of the series so far
