  • She's Hot. Haha! Vote LIKE!

  • banana peels works best too,

  • im gonna try this now

  • thank you so much worked great

  • They really don't use their eyes for food detection. Only for predator detection and possibly navigation when flying. Their primary concern though is reproduction. Some mutations even have males with their eyes replaced by penises.

  • Pinguicula, (Butterwort) carnivorous plant. Easy to grow. They will take care of your fruit-fly and gnat problems. The flowers are lovely as well...

  • this is a genius video! things bugs are driving me crazy and this looks like the solution!! =)

  • vacuum works great too

  • Good vid but just a suggestion layer the container with honey. Not much just enough so they get stuck.

  • this truly works...thanks for the post.

  • This is interesting but this vid was done in the summertime it seems as if it would actually cause more knats to come into your home. Same as japanese beetle traps attract more and more beetles sort of defeating the purpose . So you have to wait untill your fruit goes bad before this method can work.

  • @yes350yes I didn't find this to be true. Once the fruit flies are in the container, it doesn't create more. This method has worked for me every time, year round.

  • Thank you so much for this tip! I made one just five minutes ago and put it in the kitchen, and now there are already two flies in it! I've just made two more, so now I'm gonna place them. Again thank you! :)

  • Fruit flys are individualistic creatures, they are not colony insects. This means that Fruit flies dont have a group behavior or communicate with one another much, so no they don't organize and avoid dangerous areas. On the flip-side, fruit flies may independently keep swarming you're house.

  • @rawsynergytv thanks for the tip oh and by the way your really really hott

  • That's a really good idea! Thank you!!

  • Thats them !!!!

  • 4;01 "my large hole punch" haha that shit had me goin'

  • heyyyy, my gnats are dumb. the wont go in!! . they're just sitting on-top enjoying the sweet vinegary scent.

  • lol ... holes for air.

thats important make sure you take note.

  • hahahah the idiots cant get out!! :D

  • Clear container so they can see the fruit. LOOOL.

  • if u think thats a lot u shold see my house

  • She's pretty

  • it wrked within the first hourrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :0) thank u!..left it in the same area for 24 hrs and I'm fruit fly freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

  • i can't tell if i see fruit flies in your video or if its in my house

  • or leave a glass of wine out:)

  • of course you haven't seen them walking through the top lid because there is a label blocking your view -___- lol good vid anyways :D you are cute

  • Gold star your like so smart.

  • I did this and the whole container whas black from fruitflies, I then set some logs outside on fire and trew the container in. After I took the ashes, and snorted them all up.. Fucking flyes..never saw those things again

  • @latino13x3 lmfaooo, damn u was brutal with it!

  • i left them in the container then i drowned them in water then burned it hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!

  • where do you live are you married

  • thank you so much, although u took a little time to get to the point, but it was nice lol

  • lol, how is the hole big enough for them to get in, but not out?

  • @vhortde It's big enough for them to climb in but once they're in they don't get out because they can't walk upside down or at least they don't try.

  • @vhortde ......here is a great way to get rid of those pesky things. Get a cup, put apple cider vinegar (about an inch) high....cover with seran wrap...poke some small holes in the wrap and just leave it. The fruit flies go in and never come out. If you have a lot of them, then you need to do this a few times. Good Luck!!!

  • @vhortde They are guided in by the smell of fruit. They cannot find the holes once inside - there is no smell to guide them out.

  • Kill those bastards

  • James and the giant peach! LOL

  • Thank you so much !! I hope this works for me i will let you know.

  • hehe trying it out thanx! DIE FLIES! >:O

  • Awesome Thanks!!

  • Thank you! I just did this and am hopeful that it works!

  • @aidensflame You're welcome. Hope it worked out for you. :0)

  • Fruit flies - not the brightest of the animal kingdom... thankfully! I've seen this trick before, but still a good one.

  • So, what do you do with the trapped fruit flies? Hot water? Catch and release outside? Just wondering.....

  • @dcnopp1 Catch and release

  • @rawsynergytv

she drowns them in apple juice.

  • @rawsynergytv Do NOT release them live. If you do n they get over to my house, I'll call Judge Judy and sue your ass. Kill them dead. Rule in my house to all bugs -- you may get in but you'll never leave alive!

  • Oh my grarcious! Thank you for posting this! ABSOLUTELY works! I only had a non-clear container and it seemed to work well, too. Thanks!!

  • @serinaballerina Glad to hear the non-clear container worked also!!

  • Thank you so much for posting this!! I've had a bunch of fruit flies for the last couple weeks and this was a life saver!

  • @serinaballerina You're welcome! So happy to hear it worked well for you too. Thank you for sharing. :0)

  • tryed, it works :)

  • @wallaguest1 Awesome! Happy to hear it. Thanks for sharing. :0)

  • ok subscribed.

  • OMG, I just tried it, by golly she is RIGHT! IT actually worked!!! I thought perhaps, the flies were hatching off the fruit in the container and that was "why" it was sooo many in there. But, NO "once" the fruit flies are in there...they DO NOT try to get out. I don't understand "WHY" they won't try to escape through the bigger hole??? This is a mystery! I imagine some scientist otr bugologist would KNOW "why" they don't try to LEAVE the container. They will multiply unless you add the vinegar,

  • @Eseercam Awesome to hear!!! From what I can see they can't walk upside down which is why they don't climb out. If the hole is too big though, they might fly out. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I love it!

  • Although, this young beauty reminds me of Tiger Woods X wife...the point of her video IS NOT TO SHOW OFF BEAUTY, but, to help us GET RID OF FRUIT FLIES! And I like the fact that she explains in detail exactly what she did. SHE IS NOT WORDY at all. She makes for a EXCELLENT teacher! My child would have been blessed to have a teacher like Ms.rawsyerytv! NOW, folks, PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT SHE IS TRYING TO SHARE WITH US REGARDING THE FRUIT FLIES!!!

  • @Eseercam Thank you so much for your kind and loving words. You are so appreciated! ♥

  • Is it possible that eggs (larvae) was laid on the rotten fruit and they (more fruit flies) "hatched" while it was in the container??? I find it sort of odd that they are NOT trying to gain escape through that ONE big hole. What is the life span of a fruit fly? Perhaps, once you started removing the "over rippen" fruit...they begin to leave the area to find new places to go to (for example a cool place like the refrigerator)?

The ones in the container may be " reproduced flies"????

  • Great idea and I'm glad she is beautiful otherwise her horrible wordy-way would have annoyed me.

  • @BuddyMilo Wow, compliments and insults all in one sentence! Did they also teach you to roll over and play dead? C'mon, BuddyMilo, sit....stay.....play dead....Good boy! Impressive.

  • Thankyou so much !

Almost all the fruit flies are gone :D!

  • @tyler335296 Awesome! Very happy to hear it. :0)

  • hahahahah no fucking way you did all that!

  • Wow! You're really smart :)

  • Thanks a lot for sharing your ideas! I'll definitely have to try this out, if I get a fruit fly problem.

  • she reminds me of jessica simpson :)

  • by the way... if put a piece of fruit in it, you may invite the fruit flies to reproduce themselves... I want actually get rid of them! Any Idea?

  • @cash4sellers Sorry for the delayed response. You may have to clean out the container and put a fresh piece of fruit in every 4-5 days to avoid reproduction. You could also put a little water in the bottom, with a splash of apple cider vinegar, a pinch of sugar and a drop of dish soap. This will prevent them from reproducing.

  • sexi... and just because you are so sexi, Ill follow what you are saying....

  • Thanks for sharing. Take care. :)

  • brilliant idea, easy and free!

  • why didn't she use her parasite bug zapper on the fruit flies???????????

  • she bleached her hair

  • you should try using bug fogger too

  • Thanks so much for this i have been looking for a more humane way to get rid of them other than killing them all!

  • woah! you look really healthy in this video..strong :)

  • Well since you asked I went to check and yes there's some in there, but interestingly the coffee filter with holes cut out in the bottom/jar combination seems to have quite a few more. I should also tell you that my infestation followed an attempt to grow wheatgrass....so they may actually be gnats - nuisance all the same!

  • This is a great idea...not as messy as the paper cone/jar idea...I went to my local deli and asked if I could buy some of those containers and they GAVE me 6! One litle tip: I got the real shallow ones(about 1 1/2" high) and I used the end of a corkscrew to make the holes...you actually want a clean/smooth hole going IN, but it is smaller/rougher for them to find trying to get out!

  • @MochaMike2 Hey, that's so great! Thank you for sharing. Do the shallow containers work just as well?

  • please do a video without wearing a shirt or wearing just a bra, ps you are pretty

  • @fagerbag

    >>>that's a hilarious comment...LMAO

  • please please please could you show some before/after pictures? i've watched all of your videos by the way, thanks!:D

  • @latinita1988 I'll see what I can dig up. It's not a drastic change but there's definitely a difference. If you look at the difference in my videos in the very beginning, you can see how skinny I was and how my body has balanced out. I look much healthier now. I was way under eating in the very beginning. Thanks so much for watching!

  • One last question, I'm already thin and don't want to loose weight, especially muscle, since i'm pretty active and have been working at gaining lean muscle. I hope you can answer all of these questions as i'm very interested in doing this diet! Thanks : )

  • @latinita1988 Since you're so active, you're going to want to eat at least 2,500 to 3,000 calories a day from fruit, if not more. You'll continue to gain only lean muscle. You may lose a little bit of weight in the beginning, primarily due to cutting out sodium because it holds so much water weight in the body. There are so many incredible athletes who follow this diet because of the benefits. Just be sure you download Cron-O-Meter and log everything u eat. It's too easy to under eat & lose lbs.

  • @latinita1988 From my own hospital experience: each night after dinner, just drink a beer; it's really amazing, . . .

  • Hi, thanks for all your informative videos! I was wondering if you can steam some of the vegetables that are a little harder to eat on their own, like brocolli, sweetcorn on the cob, broad beans, i heard that steaming vegetables sometimes is healthier? Also since legumes and things like quinoa are so nutritious wouldn't it be healthy to consume those foods with the diet? is honey ok?

  • @latinita1988 Hi, thanks so much for watching! You can certainly steam your vegetables if you prefer, there's no firing squad for doing so. ;o) However, if you want to reap the benefits this diet has to offer, consuming the majority of calories from fruit and eating tender leafy greens will give you the health, energy & body you dream of. Beans & grains are very difficult to digest, using up a lot of your energy & wreaking havoc on your intestines. Honey isn't recommended 4 many reasons.

  • you don't have that many fruit flies. I can't seem to get rid of them! there are SOOO many. and they like my cats food too. it's crazy and gross! I'll try this.

  • @gypsytribal Good luck! I hope it works really well for you. :o)

  • Thanks for your videos. I've enjoyed them because you are genuine, enthusiastic, and motivated by a desire to help others by sharing your experiences. These are refreshing qualities when many people seem motivated primarily with selling something with little regard for the benefit of others. I'm amused by the one 'critic' who demanded your 'credentials'; such self appointed monitors should leave us alone to make our own judgements and they are free to go to 'experts.' Hope you post soon!

  • @forester218 Thank you so much for your wonderful comments. They are very refreshing and made me smile! I'm really happy you are enjoying the videos. Yes, the critics are quite amusing. Nothing better to do with their time, I guess. I'm hoping to post more videos in the near future as well. Big hugs to you!

  • I use a regular container with apple cider vinegar and a little bit of dish soap. They LOVE the vinegar, so they fly right to it...

  • @IreneBTV Yes, I've used this method also with very good results. However, the container with the fruit works faster and better. :o)

  • thanks i think i may need to try this fruit fly trap

  • Hi, just wondering if you have any tips for ants too?

  • @healthyariana We used to have a terrible ant problem years ago and we used Ortho Home Defense which worked wonders but I don't think it's natural. Since then, we haven't had a problem. You may need to google, if you're looking for natural solutions. Good luck!

  • @healthyariana sprinkling borax along all of your floor boards and corners after vacuuming helps, also I get the little ant traps and put them in the corners and under cabinets. They eat whatever is inside and go away and die. this combo seems to get rid of them within 24 - 48 hours.

  • Inventive contraption. One thing to know is they go for the color yellow. Mary Appelorf a worm bin visionary describes making a frult fly lure with a yellow piece of paper.....

  • @researchfiend Well that makes sense because they're always going after the bananas and peaches! Thanks so much for sharing.

  • thanks for the info.. you look really vibrant..I went off course a little..any advice about salt cravings? That is my downfall and it is a big slide down...It is killing me..I workout and the salt cravings come on hard and then grains..but I am vegan and I need to get back on track.

  • @vicky2c Thank you, Vicky. When I had salt cravings in the beginning, I would reach for a bag of spinach & those little sugar plum tomatoes, or I'd make a salsa with lots of celery & use the inner leaves of romaine lettuce & cucumber slices as chips. Also, swiss chard is wonderfully salty & can be used as a wrap or chopped up in salads. I've found over time, that eating a lot of cals from sweet fruits keeps the salty cravings away. You're on the right track by wanting to get back on track. ♥

  • @rawsynergytv thanks. I still don't know what it is about only eating fruit that makes me want to have something with a bit more substance like a grain. It took me a while to finally go vegan and now I am. I went raw a few years ago on and off and I would still eat cooked meat and that was all wrong. So I am vegan now and slowly getting back into raw by eating fruit all day and then at night one cooked meal.hopefully I will go 100% soon.

  • @vicky2c Yes, it takes a while to get over that. It's all those years of conditioning to eat those dense, heavy foods. My husband is still experiencing that desire and he fills it with whole wheat crackers, though he pays for it afterward. You're doing great, Vicky, so just keep on the path. Whatever you do, don't beat yourself up. Be happy with where you're at now, cause it's a really good place. When the time is right, you'll be ready for change and take action.

  • @rawsynergytv One thing about chard is that it has enzyme inhibitors...I think it is...phytic acid? I can't remember yet one wants to be careful about consuming too much raw.

  • @researchfiend Thank you for sharing. I think you're speaking of oxalic acid, present in chard, spinach and beat greens. It binds with calcium and iron and inhibits their absorption in the body, which is kind of funny because all of those greens are high in calcium and iron.

  • @rawsynergytv Yeah exactly what I've been saying. All this "science" is a bit pointless

  • Thanks for that. What a great idea.

    xxx

  • Great easy tips. Expensive dates though! I can get 6kg (13.2 lb) of medjool dates for £20 (approx US$30). However the rest of my food is a rip off!

  • @eatmoreraw I know, they're very expensive. I usually buy in bulk from a great company here, but they're done for the season. I think my price in bulk, is about the same as yours. It's such a bummer that the rest of the quality food is so expensive there.

  • Thank you.

  • @tnafae You're welcome!

  • Yay! Thanks :)

  • @artali1 ♥♥♥♥♥

  • You could also use a small bowl (it needs steep sides) and add some lemonade or fruit juice (or any liquid the fruit flies will go after) and add a drop of dishwasher liquid. The dishwasher liquid will break the surface tension and will turn it in an effective trap that's easy to clean.

  • @CollinMaessen Yes, this is similar to the method I was using, before I found this new way. Thank you for sharing, Collin.

  • perfect timing... i have to try this, we've been putting our compost outside as well

  • @joyinc30 Hooray for composting! Let me know if it works for you.

  • Alicia, should you keep dates in the fridge?

  • @pinkbeam Yes, they'll keep a very long time in the fridge too. I leave out the dates I'm going to eat the following day so they're nice and soft. I like them much better when they're soft and juicy!

  • awesome, nice tip, I had so much problems with that too. I have been tossing all my compost outside my porch, and all the flies go there instead of inside my house.

  • @jetsung89 That's great. Much better to lead them outside that way. And, good for you for composting! I love it!!!
